Introduction

At FLEART, privacy is not an afterthought — it is a foundational principle of how we build and operate our platform. FLEART is an AI-powered content creation and distribution ecosystem designed to empower creators, brands, and entrepreneurs to produce and publish professional-grade content at scale. In building a platform of this nature, we recognize that trust is the most critical asset we can earn from our users.

By accessing or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy and consent to the practices described herein. If you do not agree with this Policy, you must discontinue use of the Platform immediately.

This Policy should be read in conjunction with our Terms of Service and Refund Policy.

Your data may be shared only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:

4.1 Service Providers and Infrastructure Partners

To operate the Platform, we work with a limited number of trusted third-party service providers who process data strictly on our behalf and under our instruction. These include:

  • Supabase — our database and authentication infrastructure provider, used to store account data, content, and usage records securely
  • Paddle — our authorized payment processing and Merchant of Record partner, who handles all billing and financial transactions
  • Vercel — our cloud infrastructure and deployment provider
  • Third-party AI model providers — API-based providers through whom AI generation requests are processed. Your prompts are transmitted to these providers solely for the purpose of generating your requested output. These providers are governed by their own privacy and data handling policies

All service providers engaged by FLEART are contractually obligated to handle your data securely, use it only for the purposes for which it was shared, and comply with applicable data protection laws.

4.2 Social Media Platforms

When you use FLEART's publishing features, content you have explicitly scheduled for publication is transmitted to the relevant social media platform on your behalf. This transmission is limited strictly to the content you have authorized for publication.

4.3 Legal Requirements

We may disclose your personal data if we are required to do so by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority. We will, where legally permissible, notify you of such a request before complying.

4.4 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, asset sale, or other corporate transaction involving FLEART, your personal data may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your data becomes subject to a materially different privacy policy and will give you the opportunity to opt out where applicable.

5. Data Retention

We retain your personal data only for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by applicable law.

5.1 Active Accounts

While your account remains active, we retain all account data, content, usage records, and associated information necessary to provide the Platform's services.

5.2 Account Deletion and Termination

Upon account deletion or termination — whether initiated by you or by FLEART — your data will be retained for a period of 30 days. This retention period exists to allow for account recovery requests and to comply with any outstanding legal or financial obligations. After this 30-day period, all personal data associated with your account will be permanently and irreversibly deleted from our systems.

5.3 Financial and Transaction Records

Certain financial records, including records of credit purchases and transaction history, may be retained for longer periods as required by applicable accounting and tax regulations.

5.4 Anonymized Data

We may retain anonymized, aggregated data that cannot be used to identify you individually for the purposes of platform analytics and improvement. This data does not constitute personal data and is not subject to the same retention limitations.

6. Data Security

FLEART implements industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include:

While we take all reasonable steps to protect your data, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the internet is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security, and we encourage users to take their own precautions, including using strong and unique passwords and keeping their login credentials confidential.

In the event of a data breach that affects your personal data, we will notify you and relevant regulatory authorities in accordance with applicable legal requirements.
